In 2019, I created Flat Earth Pizzas with my partner. It’s an award-winning, meat-free pizza business based in east London.

I know how important it is to make every penny count. Our marketing budget is small and all of our money has been personally invested.

I understand what creating and running a food business is like. There are details and operational complexities that I would never have appreciated had I been watching from the sidelines.

I have experienced the impacts of marketing decisions in real life. I have spoken with our customers face to face. I have tested and refined a lot of strategies. There are no smoke and mirrors when it comes to the tactics I deploy.
